Addison Electropolishing LLC moves to larger facility at 1120 West Republic Drive Unit H!!!
Our new location gives us the space to
have larger tanks for electropolishing with a 1000 lb hoist for larger parts. We specialize electropolishing 300 and
400 series stainless steel. The electropolishing process is used on Food, Medical, Pharmaceutical, and other stainless
steel process equipment. Our process will bring the nickel and chrome to the
surface of the stainless steel and provide a cleaner, smoother, and brighter appearance that is easier to clean and maintain.
We typically remove 0.0005" of material during the electropolishing process. While our electropolishing
process is best known for the bright polish left on a surface, there are some important, often overlooked
benefits of this metal removal method. These benefits include

Turnaround is usually 24-48 hours. We can do same day production
if required. The process usually takes 2 hours per load and includes:
